Nimo Early Learning proudly offers Washington State's Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), a free, high-quality preschool program designed to prepare children for kindergarten while supporting the entire family. ECEAP provides preschool education, nutritious meals, developmental screenings, family support, and health resources at no cost to eligible families.
Is My Child Eligible?
- Is Age 3 or 4 years
- Lives in Washington
- Meets one or more eligibility requirements below
Your child may qualify if they:
- Meet income guidelines
- Have an Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Are experiencing homelessness
- Previously participated in Early ECEAP, Early Head Start, or certain early intervention programs
- Are in foster or kinship care
- Meet other qualifying family or child circumstances determined during the enrollment process.

- Child's Birth Certificate or Passport (For Age Verification)
- Immunization Records
